Recent CnCNet Update Changelogs by funky came up with a revolutionary change for ingame communication:
2 New hotkeys were added, ChatToAllies via Backspace and global chat is now available via Return (same as F8)
Hereby, the old F1-F8 keys to chat either to a single player ingame (F1-F7, stressful to find out, which player corresponded to which number) or globally to all players in a game (F8) is obsolete!
To Allies:... -- By simply pressing backspace, U will see this on top left of your game-screen, where u now can give attacking orders and tactical stuff to only your allied teammates. 
To All:... -- With return button, U now have a same function key like F8 - but straight bellow your backspace key - to talk to all players in the game.Comment:
Make sure, global-chat and team-chat work on your keyboard by not (!) having placed other hotkey options (like TAB, et cetera) on these buttons: 2 hotkeys on 1 button will make 0 work :)
